ABOUT PAKISTAN RAILWAY 

Pakistan railway is a state-owned department that works for the ministry of Railway under the Government of Pakistan. The main objective of Pakistan Railways is to plan, administer and establish passenger rail service. Pakistan Railways policy and development are administered by the ministry.

VACANy OF ADVISOR LAND MANAGEMENT (MP- II)

Ministry of Railways under the government of Pakistan has announced the vacancy of Advisor land Management (MP-II). Pakistan Railways is looking for experienced and professionally qualified land management professionals to serve in Pakistan Railways.

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED

• Ph.D. OR Master Degree in Civil Engineering, Town Planning, Urban Planning, Business administration, Public administration, LLM, Financial Management OR any other relevant degree with 14 years of experience in case of Ph.D. and 18 years.
• 18 years experience for Masters on Managerial Position in Govt or Large Pvt Sector in the field of Real Estate Development OR Management OR Land Management.
• Must have an understanding of provincial Revenue records and their comparison with Railway Land Plan.

EXPERIENCE AND SHORTLISTING CRITERIA

1. An applicant with Ph.D. qualification must have 14 years and 18 years in case of Master 

degree on a managerial position relating to land and general management.

2. Must have Exclusive experience of 5 years in dealing with land development in any 

Govt or Large scale private organization, with 3 years of experience in a leadership position.

3. The person must have served for 3 years management experience at the leadership position

and dealing and dealing with organizational matters and financial management.

AGE LIMIT

Maximum 62 years

Recruitment  Procedure

1. Recruitment will be made as updated MP Scale Policy 2021 issued by the Establishment Division. Government of Pakistan vide their O.M.No 1/3/2020-E-6/E-8 Dated 24-5-2021.

2. The appointment will be on a contract basis initially for a period of 3 years  extended

 for 2years on annual basis subject to satisfactory performance.
